ABURE HOSTS ACHONU, ASSURES OF LABOUR PARTY’S PREPAREDNESS FOR IMO GUBER POLLS

National Chairman of Labour Party, LP, Comrade Julius Abure, on Tuesday, July 11th, played host to the Imo Labour Party Governorship candidate for the November 11, 2023 Gubernatorial election, Senator Athan Achonu and members of his campaign Organization.
The high-powered Labour Party delegation from Imo state, were in Abuja to brief the National Chairman on their campaign programs for the Governorship Elections in Imo State and equally re-emphasized the pledge to #TakeBackImo campaign mantra, with unwavering commitment to excellence in leadership, security of lives and property, sustainable development and fuller lives for Imo indigenes.

The LP national chairman, Comrade Abure, who welcomed Senator Achonu and his campaign Organization team, warmly, assured them that the entire membership of the Labour was fully in support of Senator Achonu as their Governorship candidate, even as he pledged the Party and members readiness to participate in all our programmes, rallies and engagements.

A very satisfied Senator Achonu, captured the auspicious courtesy visit with the Labour Party National Chairman, thus:

“Today, in company of my Campaign DG, lmo State LP Party Chairman and other leaders of my campaign organisation visited the National Chairman of our dear party Barr. Julius Abure in his office at the party secretariat, Abuja.

“I briefed him on our campaign programs for the Governorship Elections in Imo State. I also re-emphasized my pledge to #TakeBackImo with unwavering commitment to excellence in leadership, security of lives and property, sustainable development and fuller lives for our people.

“He strongly assured us of the party and member’s support and readiness to participate in all our programmes, rallies and engagements.

“Ndi Imo, we are confident that come November 11, your joy will be full because of what the Lord is set to do. Your labour will not be in vain. We will protect your votes as nobody will be allowed to rig this election. Your votes will count.”
